First of all itīs a good album. Full of cheers and little surprises. Sadly it is not as overwhelming as the "Cantino Sessions". But it is clearly better than most of the stuff which is concurrent. Despite the illustrious Guests and the stylistic compomises for them - if Liam is singing, it always sounds like Oasis - it is a little gem of a record, and it grows every time.

Contino Sessions is one of the best electronic albums that I have come by in awhile, but thatīs possibly because it combines the electronic music with rock. Death In Vegas have only gotten better since they debuted with Dead Elvis and itīs certainly evident in The Contino Sessions. In this album you can hear traditional elements of rock music, such as the distorted guitar in many of the tracks such as Aisha (featuring Iggy Pop) as well as the drums and all the other stuff that comes along with it. Yet itīs all sampled and given the electronic edge to it and it sounds great.
