Great band, not as it should be appreciated. The time will give him the right substance.

I saw this line up at the Whiskey a-go-go in LA after the original drummer left the band. They rocked the house down. They were a good psychedelic band but they were even better when they just played rock n roll. They had some really good songs. They did a great cover of 'Powder Finger´ by Neil Young. I´ll always remember that show.

This was more of a straight ahead rock album. Two guitars, bass and drum. I love this album. Very hard to find. I found my copy at a used record store. I didn´t even know it existed. I really liked this band. They were a good live band. I think they stopped playing after this album. Really good guitar players. Anyhow, great album. Check it out if you can find it. The song 'Who´llJump The Gun´ is a great lost radio classic.

One of the best bands to come out of the LA Psych. Scene in the mid eighties. Great songwriting and great musicianship. Steve Crabtree was, and I hope still is, a lovely person.

This lp came in France on the label Lolita at the same period.It is the only to had a publication there.

This was a really good album when it came out. Compared to other Voxx label bands these guys were the real deal. The songs 'Everytime', 'Outside My Window', and 'You Can´t Deliver´ are pure psychedelic masterpieces. I wish they were still together. They were a great live band !!!!!

I was a college DJ in the early-mid 80´s with a Psychedelic radio show. Coloured Heaven was probably my favorite album of that period. The Things were a great band! I promoted them in a concert at the College I was at, they put on an incredible show. This was the last show that Roy McDonald played with the band, the next day he left to join Redd Kross. The band crashed at my house that night, and the next day we hiked up the local mountain and all got baked. We came back to the radio station where I interviewed them and they played an acoustic set (Since Roy had already left). It was a really great, mellow scene until the Beat Farmers showed up at the radio station and messed everything up. Coloured Heaven still sounds great today.

I found the disc in 2009, I bought and listened to in 1984. In 1984, I have not given much importance. I was wrong. Time has given justice to a great band, a great moment for music

I miss this band too, thanks for the nice words, Todd. I was the bass player way back when, Steve and Roy were great people to make music with. Those were some wonderful times, it was a good time for rock n roll, not like today. My favorite tune we played was our own version of Barretts " Lucifer Sam" Steve and Roy tore it up, it was Steves arrangement. We were regulars at Pasadenas Ice House as well as a couple Orange county venues, followed the Three O´clock, looked up to them very much. Im an old man now with nothing left to say.

Phenomenal band from the L.A. Psychedelic scene...was almost like traveling back in time. Saw them live at the now defunct Cavern Club in Hollywood, and make no mistake, these guys could PLAY. The only one I ever heard anything more from was the drummer Roy McDonald, who went on to play with Redd Kross, the Muffs, etc... Miss these guys, they were awesome
