Auf vielen Feldern dieser Welt, wo Heavy Metal, Doom, Trash, Gothic, Hardcore und andere Samen gesät werden, können wir jetzt einen Acker mit feinster, etwas düsterer, melancholischer Psychedelia abernten. Und an dieser Ernte schmeckt alles. Die Produktion, die Menge, die richtigen verschiedenen Zutaten und vorallem das Endprodukt. Die Musik von Pink Floyd und teilweise 80er Jahre Rhythmik durchzogen, klingt die CD auch irgendwie sehr nordisch. Wie ein fallendes Blatt im Herbst senkt sich die Musik nieder und nimmt einen gefangen. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung. Es gibt eine limitierte Auflage mit einem Track mehr. Mario Well Anathema is UK band, not US. And playing stoner on this "Judgement" album? Itœ rather Pink Floyd influenced emotional music... Sasa Sasa is right. Anathema has never played stoner. In the beginning they played death/doom, then thy came closer to progressive and a bit psychedelic music. Stargazer Well f?r me,"Judgement" is a great album,much heavier than the previ?us ?ne and certainly more guitar-?riented.?he departure ?f Duncan ?atters?n left it wide ?pen f?r the ?thers t? express themselves m?re freely and generally had an unseemingly rejuvenating effect on the band.?he music is very em?ti?nal and the ?ink Fl?yd influences are ever s? pr?minent.?he v?cals,the guitars,the keyb?ards all blend seamlessly t? create a sonic landscape ?f immense atmosphere and beauty.
