Over the years, The Alchemysts have developed into one of the UKs finest power trios. Their all too rare live outings have become better and better, which has resulted in hearty praise from such luminaries as Jello Biafra and Mark Arm. Zero Zen is their fourth album, and, as far as we're concerned, by far their best. The writing is strong, the playing is assured and the overall feel is one of Stooged-out psychedelia.
